This policy explains how Convertleads LLC ("Convertleads", "we") collects, uses and protects data on the website www.convertleads.xyz and in the Convertleads app, the internal automation tool that connects to Google services through Google sign-in (OAuth).

1. Who we are

Convertleads LLC is a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company run by Nicola Da Dalto. It provides AI and marketing automation consulting. Contact: dadalto.nicola@gmail.com.

2. What the Convertleads app does

The Convertleads app is used only by Convertleads and the clients it works for, to automate their own marketing work. It is not offered to the public. With the account owner's permission, it:

• Gmail: creates drafts and sends emails written for the account owner (client outreach, follow-ups, job applications, monthly report drafts), and reads incoming messages and replies so the right follow-up is sent and nothing is sent twice.
• Google Sheets: reads and appends rows to spreadsheets the account owner uses for reporting, lead lists and tracking.
• Google Calendar: reads and creates events in the account owner's calendar, for planning and scheduling.
• Google Tag Manager: creates, edits and publishes tags in containers the account owner manages.
• Google Analytics: reads reports and edits property settings (for example, conversion events) for properties the account owner manages.

3. Google user data we access

Depending on the permissions granted, the app may access: email messages, drafts and thread metadata (Gmail); spreadsheet contents (Sheets); calendar events (Calendar); container, tag and version data (Tag Manager); and analytics reports and configuration (Analytics). We only ask for the permissions needed for the tasks above.

4. How we use, store and share Google user data

• We use Google user data only to provide the features listed in section 2, at the account owner's request.
• OAuth tokens are stored on Convertleads' own computer, protected by the operating system's access controls. They are never published or shared.
• Email and spreadsheet contents are processed in memory to complete a task. We do not keep separate copies, except for logs of what was sent, kept for the account owner.
• We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except where required by law.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
• No human reads Google user data except with the account owner's consent, for security reasons, to comply with the law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized.

The Convertleads app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Website data

The website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the pages (pages viewed, device, approximate location, clicks). If you fill in the contact quiz, your answers are sent to us by email or WhatsApp, and we use them only to reply to you.

6. Retention and deletion

You can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, the stored token stops working and we delete it. To ask us to delete any data we hold about you, email dadalto.nicola@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your personal data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email us to use any of these rights.
