Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website www.convertleads.xyz and to the Convertleads app, the internal automation tool that connects to Google services through Google sign-in (OAuth). Both are run by Convertleads LLC ("Convertleads", "we"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Convertleads LLC is a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company run by Nicola Da Dalto. Contact: dadalto.nicola@gmail.com.

2. The Convertleads app

The app automates marketing work for Convertleads and the clients it works for: email drafts and sends (Gmail), reporting sheets (Google Sheets), planning (Google Calendar), tags (Google Tag Manager) and analytics settings (Google Analytics). It is not offered to the public. Access is given only to accounts we work with.

3. Your account and permissions

• You only connect Google accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
• You choose which permissions to grant, and you can revoke them at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• You are responsible for the content of emails, sheets, tags and settings you ask the app to create or change.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the app or website to send spam, break the law, break Google's terms, or access data you are not allowed to access.

5. Data and privacy

How we collect, use and protect data, including Google user data, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Paid services

Consulting work (audits, setups, monthly programs) is covered by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

7. No warranty

The website and app are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and running, but we do not promise they will be error-free or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Convertleads is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, from using the website or app. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending access

You can stop using the app at any time by revoking its access. We can end access if these terms are broken or our work together ends.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
